APC Policy
The Scientific Journal of the Academy of National Security follows a No Article Processing Charge (No APC) Policy. Authors are not required to pay an Article Processing Charge for the submission, peer review, editorial evaluation, or publication of manuscripts accepted for publication in the journal.
The journal aims to encourage the dissemination of scholarly research by ensuring that authors are not prevented from submitting or publishing their research because of publication-related processing fees. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of their academic quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, and contribution to the field, and editorial and peer-review decisions are not influenced by an author's ability or inability to make a payment.
No APC is charged at any stage of the standard editorial and publication process. Authors should therefore be cautious of any individual or third party claiming to represent the journal and requesting payment for manuscript processing or publication without official authorization.
The journal remains committed to maintaining rigorous editorial standards and an appropriate peer-review process while providing authors with a publication venue without article processing charges. The absence of an APC does not affect the academic evaluation, editorial independence, or peer-review standards applied to submitted manuscripts.
